MULTI-SKILLED TRADESPERSON – SPECIALIST REACTIVE MAINTENANCE

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable and multi-skilled tradesperson to join our team carrying out specialist reactive maintenance and repair work across a range of high-end residential, commercial and council properties.
Our work mainly involves tackling the effects of moisture damage – from leaks and damp to water ingress – and restoring properties back to a high standard.

What the role involves:

• Locating and repairing leaks in 2nd fix plumbing (e.g. bath wastes, mastic seals).
• Taking clear photos and reporting back with details of the problem and the fix carried out.
• Stripping out and reinstating bathrooms and kitchens, working to a professional finish.
• Assisting and integrating with our in-house team of plasterers, decorators, tilers, fixers and damp-proofers.
• Contributing to larger projects where multiple trades are involved.

What we’re looking for:

• A true multi-trade operative, confident in plumbing, bathroom/kitchen refits, and general repairs.
• Ideally, some damp-proofing experience or knowledge would be a great advantage.
• Good spoken English, with strong communication skills.
• Punctual, polite, clean and tidy in your work.
• Own set of tools (specialist tools can be provided).
• Driving licence preferred.

Pay: £164.75-£180.00 per day
