POSITION SUMMARY

KB Plumbing and Drainage is changing the way builders work with trades, bringing a practical, efficient, and supportive approach to every project. In this role, you’ll be in charge of your day. You’ll have the autonomy to manage projects, train apprentices, and take pride in your work, while being supported by a team committed to helping you grow through regular training, guidance, and mentorship.

LICENSES & QUALIFICATIONS

• QBCC Occupational License (minimum)
• White Card
• Valid driver’s license (MR/HR preferred, not essential)
• Gas license (preferred, not essential)
  EWP or machinery experience (preferred)

  Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 38 per week

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll:

• Perform high-quality plumbing work across new homes, commercial builds, and industrial projects.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Maximise value for clients by identifying opportunities to improve outcomes or offer additional services.
• Install work to current industry standards and regulations with a passion for quality.
• Maintain clear communication with your team to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Engage in continuous learning through training programs to develop your trade and operational skills.
• Complete all job notes, certifications, and documentation to support admin and future work.
• Manage company vehicles, stock, and tools to ensure everything is ready and maintained.
• Mentor and train apprentices, providing guidance and hands-on support.
• Take full ownership of client jobs from start to finish, including administration and reporting.
