Job Description Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role. Hours of work: Tuesday - Saturday: 40 hours (Full-Time) Are you ready to take your first step into leadership? We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as our Trading 2IC! As the Trading 2IC, you will assist the Trading Manager with everything Shopfloor related, including The Entertainment and Technology departments and the Price Integrity function. You will demonstrate great leadership of the teams in these areas. Your role will also encourage you to actively promote a safe environment, and ensure all legal trading requirements are met. You will ensure planograms are maintained and promotions are set up correctly. We value each other and we consider team working to be an essential way of working. Qualifications He kōrero mōu ake - About you You must have sufficient right to work in New Zealand for this role. Responsibilities

Assist the Trading Manager in overseeing shopfloor operations, specifically within the Entertainment and Technology departments. Ensure price integrity, maintain planograms, and lead teams to deliver a safe and positive customer experience.
