TRADING ADMINISTRATOR

The purpose of the Trading Administrator is to support Commercial Trading team with pricing, promotions, campaigns and stock management, utilising key IT systems.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Pricing and promotions – Support Commercial Analyst and Trading Assistant with competitor product check process by receiving and handing out samples to teams as required. Maintaining accurate records of parcel tracking, samples receipted and handed out. Carry out agreed promotion, price change and clearance management actions on the relevant systems, in an accurate and timely manner. And ensure records are maintained accurately
  • Campaigns – Update and maintain intake trackers for campaign launches to support availability reviews. Support with accurate and timely completion of all launch activity on the system
  • Stock Management – complete agreed PSR block/unblock actions on the relevant systems, in an accurate and timely manner; Support/Review PSR Queries to ensure correct flow of stock out of depot and into stores ; Support the Trading Assistant to maintain accurate records.
  • Commercial Trading support – complete data entry and administration tasks as needed, to support the wider Trading team; Work closely with Commercial Analyst and Trading Assistant to manage workload and priorities, to ensure all tasks are completed as needed.; Develop and maintain an understanding of key terminology and processes within Primark and merchandising.
