As a Trading Analyst, you'll be the link between trading desks and clients, verifying trade details across a wide range of financial products and asset classes. Location: Lisbon Main Responsibilities: Match and validate trade confirmations (electronic/paper) across FX, derivatives, commodities, and more. Ensure all trades are accurately booked and aligned with client documentation. Resolve discrepancies and escalate issues promptly. Liaise with clients, traders, legal, and sales teams to confirm trade details before settlement. Maintain organized records and monitor workflows for timely matching. Support process improvements and risk control initiatives. Contribute to new product launches and global business development. Qualifications Profile: Academic background in Economics, Finance, or Accounting. +2 years of experience in Financial or Banking Operations (previous trading or financial markets experience is a plus). Fluent English and French communication skills (mandatory). Strong attention to detail and critical thinking. Client-focused mindset and collaborative spirit.
