The Team You will work with a carefully selected, diverse and globally distributed team from customer success, engineering, data science, data analytics , product and more functions. The Role As our Trading & Analytics Lead - Media Buyers, your primary focus will be to own and drive the growth and professionalization of the trading operations for one of our client segments: Media Buyers. You will be expected to set ambitious, yet achievable, goals and deliver against those goals. You are expected to make best use of our product, your team resources, and your analytical skills in order to reach our full potential. You bring industry experience, a data first mindset, and best practices in programmatic campaign management to the table, ensuring that our clients benefit from best-in-class budget management and optimization. Since I am based in Berlin and other key product and customer success team members are located mostly across EMEA and India, we are open to a remote setup of this position. For optimal overlap with customers’ time zones and internal teams your main working location should preferably be close to the CET time zone. Responsibilities Oversee and own execution of comprehensive campaign strategies, combining deep understanding of the advertiser goals and strong data analysis Make timely, data-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment, utilizing educated assumptions to optimize campaign performance and seize growth opportunities. Foster a feedback-driven culture between Trading and Product team, identifying improvements to enhance campaign success and contributing to the product roadmap and ad hoc solutions. Set and communicate clear goals, motivating and supporting the Trading team to achieve KPIs. Support career-pathing and maintain strong performance of a growing Trading team. Be the leader in the best practices of using the Kayzen DSP and offer insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness through the platform’s functionalities. (e.g. A/B testing, Optimisation Techniques, and other new approaches) Collaborate closely with the CSM team to develop onboarding plans for managed customers and align on strategy for seamless campaign execution. Sustainably grow the revenue we make with key clients by delivering excellence in everything you do Requirements 4+ years experience of programmatic or mobile ad buying in performance channels and client engagement Excellent data analysis, data communication and visualization skills. Strong data-based judgement skills paired with a high sense of urgency for execution Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and over-communication. Proficient in logical, hypothesis-driven thinking. Strong attention to detail, process driven, with a structured approach to problem-solving Strong work ethic, results-oriented, and highly proactive. Demonstrated ability to make fast, strategic decisions based on educated assumptions and data insights in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Previous leadership experience in the performance advertising industry is a big plus Experience with programmatic CTV campaigns is a plus What do we offer?
