This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trading & Sales Assistants Team (TSA), where you will sit within the Markets function and provide coverage of risk management, strategic business planning exercises and participation in key projects. You will perform trade capture related functions including but not limited to: Trade capture assistance, Allocations, Trade amendments, Queries investigation, Client notification of life-cycling events and Client servicing.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in the role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, as well as job-specific technical skills.

To be successful for this role, you should possess the following skills set or experience:

  • Preference of 2 to 3 years Middle Office Experience, ideally in FX Cash, FX Derivatives, and/or Rates Derivatives
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and is comfortable communicating directly with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • An organized team player with good attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provision of immediate and efficient technical support to traders and sales professionals on the trading desks, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure uninterrupted trading activities.
  • Coordination of trade execution by liaising with traders, clients, and other internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Maintenance and updating of trade records, transaction logs, and client databases accurately.
  • Reports, presentations, and documentation preparation to support sales and trading activities.
  • Monitoring of market data and assist in the analysis of financial information for trading decisions.
  • Operational tasks such as processing trades, confirming orders, and resolving trade discrepancies.
