Join our dynamic team at Moomoo as a Trading Associate, where your passion for finance and technology can thrive. As a Trading Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our customers’ trading experience and building long-lasting relationships. Your work will focus on equities trading, options trading, margin investing, and related issues experienced by our fast‐growing presence in the marketplace.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Communicate with customers using email, phone, and chat, providing efficient and effective solutions with kindness
  • Professionally and efficiently resolve customer complaints, issues, and disputes, handling escalated complex cases when necessary
  • Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and communicating customer pain points or opportunities to the product team
  • Develop deep subject mastery and offer personalized support on complex trading strategies, derivatives, and investment opportunities
  • Pursue additional licenses to broaden your professional expertise and contribute to the growth of our business
  • Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth customers, acting as their primary point of contact for trading-related inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trading operations and enhance the overall customer experience
