About the Role We are looking for a Trading Clerk to join our team, responsible for supporting daily trading operations through accurate order entry, proper documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. This role works closely with licensed representatives to facilitate smooth and efficient trading activities while maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality. What You Will Be Doing 1. Order Entry Support Accurately input and process trading orders in the system on behalf of licensed representatives (e.g., Dealer’s Representative, Remisier, IVT). Ensure all order details are entered correctly based on instructions provided. 2. Trade Documentation and Record Maintenance Maintain proper, systematic records of all trading documentation. Ensure records are updated, well-organized, and securely stored in accordance with the Bank’s policies. 3. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence Perform all duties in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and rules of relevant Exchanges and Depositories. Adhere to all internal policies and external regulatory guidelines, including IT and compliance requirements. 4. Trading Operations Support Collaborate closely with licensed representatives to ensure smooth daily trading operations. Assist with trade monitoring, confirmations, and operational support. 5. Role Limitation Must not represent themselves as a licensed Dealer’s Representative. Must not engage in regulated dealing activities or provide investment advice to clients. 6. Additional Duties Carry out any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior or Management.
