Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Respond and resolve customer inquiries and issues via email, and chat
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Communicate and collaborate with external stakeholders
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Excellent English skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Experience in customer support
  • Strong knowledge of trading concepts and financial markets
  • Tech-savvy with experience using trading platforms and software
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive, responsible and proactive attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
