About Us:
We are a fast-growing trading company specializing in agri- commodities. With strong regional partnerships and a focus on international trade, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Company Director to lead our trading operations and drive growth across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the company’s trading activities, including maintaining and expanding a profitable trading book.
Develop and execute trading strategies in line with company goals.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across Southeast Asia.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and trading partners.
Travel frequently within the region to negotiate deals, attend industry events, and manage partner relationships.
Oversee risk management, compliance, and financial performance of the trading operations.
Provide leadership to the team, ensuring operational excellence and long-term growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in commodity trading (preferably within Southeast Asia).
Strong track record of managing a trading book with profitability.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and risk management skills.
Ability to travel frequently and adapt to diverse business environments across the region.
Established network of regional suppliers, buyers, or industry contacts is highly advantageous.
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
