ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Trading Manager to lead commercial and trading activity for a well-known consumer brand in the UK. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds — 3 days working from home, plus 2 days of collaboration in a vibrant Brighton office.
You’ll play a key part in managing UK sales performance, analysing trading data, and working with key teams to deliver outstanding commercial results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive trading performance across the UK, delivering on sales, stock, and margin targets.
• Lead commercial planning, forecasting, and promotions to maximise profitability.
• Analyse trading performance using tools like Excel and Power BI to inform strategic decisions.
• Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and merchandising teams to align trading activity.
• Present performance insights to key stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
