Responsibilities Responsible for working with Trading Operations Team to ensure markets and master settings are properly administered in all back-office applications which will require close collaboration with Trading Ops, Release Management, Business Continuity, Compliance, Development, Trading Deks, Risk Management, Sales, Product, & Client Services. Responsible for Operational Support of Meta and Proprietary back-office application(s). Manage trading markets for internal and external users. Develop knowledge and understanding of Proprietary & Meta applications, specifically in relation to market creation, market maintenance (maintain/update), and update margins. Work within Trading Ops and Meta Team to manage and coordinate client trade settings which include and are not limited to: Interacting with the ADMIN team and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Keep up to date with Market News, Market Trends and Corporate Actions. Keep up to date with the prevailing regulatory framework. Able to spot abusive market trading behavior. Responsible for working with Operations Team to ensure markets and master settings are properly administered in all Back-office instances which will require close collaboration with Trading Ops, Release Management, and Business Continuity. Develop knowledge and understanding of back office set up, in relation to Customers who use our Retail platforms. Work within Trading Ops and Meta Teams to oversee, manage and coordinate client trade settings within Trading Operations System(s). Testing, adding, removing, and configurations. Maintain and update Symbols, Securities and Groups on all Meta Trader demo and live servers. Participation in any other departmental project. Qualifications Relevant degree or equivalent training. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Willingness to work in shifts, where needed. At least 3 years previous experience in similar roles. Knowledge of the MT4/5 Trading Platform (Client Terminal, Manager, Administrator). Strong organizational skills and attention to details. A genuine interest in the financial markets. Be able to perform with confidence under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English. #LI-SC1#LI-Hybrid
