• Proven experience in a similar role within trading risk and compliance.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, market regulations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in risk management or compliance will be an advantage.

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to monitor and mitigate trading risks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to trading activities.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor market conditions and trading activities to address potential issues proactively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve risk management processes and maintain compliance standards.
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory submissions and internal audits.
