As a Trading Services Analyst within the Margin Services Operations team , you will support clients in managing margin obligations and exposures within the Securities Services Operations Team. You will collaborate across Derivatives Collateral Management, Securities Collateral Management, and Margin Control. In this role, you will maintain risk controls, drive process improvements, and deliver outstanding client service. You will help onboard new clients, resolve complex issues, and contribute to the success of our global platform. Job responsibilities Maintain and review risk and control processes for compliance Identify and implement process improvements to minimize financial loss Document, update, and enhance workflows and procedures Escalate and resolve operational issues, collaborating with management and teams Report on key performance indicators and management statistics Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Minimum 3 years’ experience in Securities Lending, Settlements, Trade Support/Middle Office, or COACs role Strong knowledge of global financial markets and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills Effective communication and relationship-building abilities Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to work under pressure Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience with automation tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Python Proven track record in process improvement and risk mitigation Ability to operate independently and as a team player Experience in workflow documentation and reporting Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
