As a Trading Services Associate ll within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of trade activities, from order entry to settlement. While still developing, your expertise in market products and understanding of automation technologies will be instrumental in optimizing our trading services. Job responsibilities Track remap negotiations, including managing the expected demand for NMCR phase 2 (non-cleared margin), ensuring the team is organized and can accurately track and control newly signed and amended CSAs. Manage CSA discount curve mappings for each Line of Business as part of the production team in Mumbai. Translate CSA information into discount curves and FCFs through daily processes. Implement key controls over changes in CSA data and curve overrides. Maintain key controls on the quality of data used in the CSA discount curve mapping process. Coordinate with multiple asset classes and execute a global strategy effectively and efficiently. Capture the impact of changes to a CSA from a PnL and risk perspective across multiple asset classes and businesses. Gather business requirements, perform detailed analysis, and produce associated functional specifications as required. Partner with Operations, Technology, and Front Office groups globally within JPM to define and implement new requirements. Mitigate risk by ensuring JP Morgan’s outstanding portfolio of trades is effectively controlled through various control and risk mitigation processes and functions. Interact closely with senior experts from various teams and regions, including global Middle Offices, Technology, and Compliance, to resolve outstanding issues, facilitating and negotiating as needed. Work actively with the global team and management to achieve both industry and internal targets. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Minimum 12 years Experience. Graduate or Post-Graduate with experience in Derivative Operations (Middle Office / Back Office) role Strong numerical, analytical, technical and problem solving skills. The role global in nature therefore will require strong communication skills and the candidate should be highly articulate in the English language. Attention to detail. Demonstrates willingness to deep dive into an issue or problem to establish and address root cause. Skill in utilizing AI and machine learning to enhance trade service processes, driving improved decision-making and data-driven insights.
