This role will be responsible for maintaining a central register of Trading Terms agreements/commitments for all suppliers across the food Pillar of Metcash. This role will provide data analysis and reporting to ensure all terms are accurate, and secure. This role works in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is essential. What You’ll do Review and analyse existing and new/proposed terms, compare versus current terms, category average and identify risks and opportunities. Communicate findings to key stakeholders. Load approved Trading Term Agreements into all relevant systems. Generate reports and data from systems to analyse and complete Supplier account reconciliations where required and raise necessary back claims providing supporting documentation. Create and maintain vendor master details including payment cycles, bank details and buy period, action Supplier change of ownership and vendor deletion. Complete Supplier in liquidation, administration & receivership reconciliations and raise necessary supporting documentation for outcome.
