Consultants are a core part of the BCG consulting team, they work as part of project teams to help BCG’s clients address key strategic, operational and organizational issues, and achieve breakthrough results. They are responsible for identifying the key issues facing the clients, undertaking analysis to find solutions, interacting with clients to test and convey recommendations and working with senior client teams to ensure impact. As a Consultant, you will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds, conducting detailed fact-based analyses and developing strategic solutions in projects. You will also dedicate time to further develop and deepen BCG’s expertise in the topic, and to support BCG Partners in business development initiatives. On joining BCG, consultants undergo an orientation program, which introduces them to the core consulting skills and tools. In addition, there is a well-established mentoring process that helps new joiners rapidly learn the tools for success.
