Working closely with the Regional Marketing Director and VP, Global Marketing & Integrated Campaigns this role helps bring brand and tactical campaigns to life with regional nuance, ensures timely stakeholder communication, and supports content localization and reporting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the end-to-end coordination and execution of regional marketing campaigns, including accuracy of content, timelines, asset delivery, and execution support. Customize global and brand campaign content to reflect local trends, cultural moments, and market dynamics. Liaise with internal teams (e.g., brand, acquisition, retention and content) and external partners (e.g., media agencies, creative partners) to align regional plans and deliverables. Support the delivery of regional email, paid media, earned media (PR) and social media campaigns. Monitor and track campaign performance metrics; compile reports from all channels and surface insights to the Regional Marketing Director and VP. Maintain regional campaign calendars, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with team leads. Assist in organizing and execution for regional events, tourism board & brand partnerships, and activations where required. Maintain alignment with sales and commercial teams to ensure marketing supports business targets. Requirements ROLE SUCCESS CRITERIA Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Campaign Execution: On-time delivery, accuracy and implementation of marketing campaigns and associated assets. Reporting Accuracy: Timeliness and accuracy of campaign performance reporting and insights. Stakeholder Engagement: Effective and consistent communication with key internal and external stakeholders. Content Localization: Relevance and quality of customised content for the USA and Canadian audience. Process Adherence: Adherence to internal workflows and systems for campaign management and approvals. KEY INDIVIDUAL TRAITS Adaptability: Demonstrates the ability to adjust effectively to changing environments, priorities, and challenges. Embraces new ideas and approaches with flexibility and openness. Attention to detail: Carefully reviews work to ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness. Adheres to rules and procedures. Collaborative: Builds strong relationships and works cross-functionally with a consultative, co-creative approach to influence and align others in a fast-paced environment. YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing coordination or specialist role, preferably in travel, tourism, retail, or consumer brand sectors. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments and agencies. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, project management systems, content management systems, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) is a plus.
