Responsibilities: • Traffic Scheduling: Input and manage commercial and promotional schedules in the station’s traffic system. • Log Reconciliation: Review and reconcile daily broadcast logs to ensure all ads aired correctly. • Coordination: Work closely with sales, programming, and production teams to ensure accurate placement of commercials. • Data Entry & Maintenance: Update client information, contracts, and advertisement details in the station’s traffic system. • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, missing commercials, and discrepancies. • Billing Support: Assist the finance department with invoicing by ensuring ad placements are accurately documented. • Compliance: Ensure all advertisements meet legal and regulatory broadcasting standards. Requirements: • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Knowledge of traffic scheduling software (WideOrbit) is a plus • Ability to work under tight deadlines • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Basic understanding of radio advertising and sales processes Benefits: TEGNA offers comprehensive benefits designed to safeguard the physical, mental and financial health of our employees and their families. Responsibilities
