Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are recruiting an Traffic Clerk to join a busy international courier operation in Deeside. This is a fast‑paced role supporting transport and warehouse teams, ensuring consignments move efficiently and customer expectations are met.

KEY DUTIES

Monitor consignments and update tracking systems
Liaise with drivers, depots and customer service teams
Provide good customer service
Process manifests, labels and customs paperwork
Allocate jobs and support route planning
Maintain accurate records and reports
Escalate and resolve delays or exceptions
Support site compliance and health & safety
