NECESSARY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
• Must be able to safely operate company vehicles
• Must have a valid BC TCP Certificate
• Must be able to work well with others
• Must be able to communicate effectively with others

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• No experience is necessary, but will be considered an asset

• Ensure required PPE is worn at all times
• Direct drivers, pedestrians, and workers safely around road construction sites
• Set up and provide traffic control specifications
• Protect workers in the construction zone by regulating traffic flow
• Communicate effectively with other traffic control team members, work crew, and the public
