In-depth knowledge of traffic control plans, regulations, and industry best practices. Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and supervising teams in dynamic, high-pressure environments. Clean Driving Record with a strong commitment to safety and responsibility. Bilingual Fluent in English & Spanish with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse work crews, clients, and the general public. ATSSA Certified (American Traffic Safety Services Association) or equivalent certification. Key Responsibilities: Traffic Control Operations: Oversee and implement traffic control measures for construction, roadwork, and public events to ensure the safety of workers, drivers, and pedestrians. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal traffic safety regulations, including proper signage, barricades, and lane closures. Coordination: .
