We have extensive experience working across diverse industries on a range of complex projects. We have a wide range of clients from Local and State Governments to Blockbuster Feature Film Productions and Tier 1 Construction Projects.

We are currently on the hunt for experienced leaders in Traffic Control and who can take on the following duties with ease and interest.

• Set up, manage and remove temporary traffic control schemes and signage
• Direct traffic using a stop-slow sign and other traffic control devices in all weather conditions
• Coordinate with other road traffic personnel, construction workers and emergency response teams
• Complete site checks and monitor traffic behaviour and flow to ensure public safety
• Take instructions from other site based crew leaders, foremen, managers, inspectors, auditors or officials.
• You must be able to operate in a team environment and assist all team members in the performance of their duties.
• As a supervisor you will manage and coordinate co-workers and teams to ensure the safe management of work zones and/or events for all CATO Location Services clients.

The hours you will work may vary from day to day, and season to season. Work is done to suit CATO Location Services client schedules or needs and may occur on any day of the week or at any time of the day or night.
We are also interested in talking to TC Supervisors who are interested in a 5 day roster (Day or Night) and who prefer full time hours Monday-Friday - No Weekends! for approx 3 months with the possibility of extension.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Valid Traffic Control tickets - TCR, Implementation, Traffic Mgt Plans
• Valid Construction Licence – White Card
• Valid NSW Drivers Licence
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in traffic control team leading or leadership role
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Strong work ethic and aligned values
