As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for Traffic Controllers, Labourers, Electrical Spotters, and Team Leaders to join our friendly team.
We’re especially keen on experienced Team Leaders, but we also welcome newcomers with the right attitude and work ethic — on-the-job training is provided.
Most projects are based around Melbourne metro, with occasional work across Victoria. We do our best to keep you close to home, but flexibility and reliability are essential in this fast-paced industry.
Take-home company vehicles available for the right candidates who show reliability, punctuality and strong knowledge.

What you’ll need:

• Current Traffic Control tickets (TC1/TMI1 minimum, TC2/TMI2 highly regarded)
• White Card
• Driver’s licence
• First Aid & CPR (preferred)
• WWCC (preferred)

⭐Bonus points for: Electrical Spotters, Rigger or Dogman tickets.

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Good communication skills & punctuality
• Able to follow and implement Traffic Management Plans
• Positive, can-do attitude (a must!)
