Your Daily Adventures * Review and approve inbound purchase order bookings across all warehouses, verifying actual shipment costs to ensure strict alignment with financial budgets. * Proactively follow up with suppliers on outstanding orders to ensure production timelines, projected shipping dates, and delivery schedules are met. * Monitor shipments in transit to proactively identify risks, and communicate potential delays or challenges to cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery. * Prepare and manage all necessary customs and import documentation to guarantee full trade compliance and facilitate efficient clearance. * Verify freight forwarder/broker invoices for payment, coordinate debit notes for approved claims, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. * Support international logistics operations for partners while maintaining accurate, real-time transit data within the ERP system. Your Toolkit * 1–2 years of relevant traffic experience, ideally within the apparel or garment industry. * College degree or diploma (A.E.C. or D.E.C.) specializing in Logistics, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management. * Solid understanding of Canadian and US trade lanes, shipping services, and customs regulations. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience working with Momentis ERP is a strong asset. * High energy and initiative with exceptional multitasking skills, sound judgment, and the ability to smash deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
