Every day at Studio Action we create creative, inspiring and effective content, for Action. And we do that with an enthusiastic team of designers, photographers, copywriters, content editors and many more colleagues. To make our productions run smoothly, we are looking for an experienced Traffic Coordinator who keeps an overview, organizes the planning tightly and makes our creative processes even more efficient.
As a Traffic Coordinator, you ensure that everything runs smoothly within Studio Action. You arrange the schedules for copywriters, designers and content editors, work together with the other traffic coordinators and monitor the workflow. This way, the quality of our content remains high and we ensure that everything is finished on time.
Your tasks at a glance:
Manage schedules and ensure everything runs according to plan.
Assess requests and advise clients.
First point of contact for content creators and link between Studio Action and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet deadlines.
Ensuring an efficient, cost-effective and streamlined working method.
Continuously improve processes and systems within Studio Action and other departments.
Ensuring the correct Tone of Voice and Visual Identity in all our communications.
