Position Summary: Gear Up is seeking a hands-on, seasoned Traffic Coordinator to oversee product flow in and out of our two fulfillment centers in the United States. Working cross-functionally, you will be responsible for domestic and international carrier management and maintaining rules based package routing to ensure we are on time for game time and within budget. Responsibilities include: · Perform daily track and trace for critical shipments. · Coordinate LTL deliveries to our distribution centers. · Generate bills of lading and coordinate outbound LTL and FTL shipments. · Create and file export documentation. · Manage and report on small parcel on time metrics. · File carrier claims for lost packages. · Audit freight bills and recoup overcharges for missed SLAs. · Review regional small parcel routing and update shipping software to reflect best practices. · Review and report volume performance against carrier agreements. · Document, communicate and train the shipping teams on best practices. Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferred Physical Requirements: · Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer · Ability to kneel, squat, bend and lift up to 40 pounds · Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time · Talking, listening, and typing for extended periods of time · Manipulation of computer mouse and other small wrist movements required for digital design tools · Ability to see and distinguish colors. Responsibilities
