Job Description As a Traffic Management Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our paid acquisition strategy. You will collaborate with a diverse team of experts, contributing to the growth of our acquisition channels while enhancing your professional skills. Main tasks and goals: • Develop, implement, and optimize paid acquisition strategies across various channels (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Display Advertising, etc.) to maximize traffic and conversions. • Set up and manage campaigns: configuration, tracking validation (Google/Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, affiliate marketing). • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and growth. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights for optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies. • Test and experiment with different ad formats, targeting options, and messaging strategies to continuously improve performance. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid acquisition and digital marketing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in managing paid acquisition campaigns with a strong track record of success (1-3 years); In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.). Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex performance data. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus. Adobe Analytics. Fluent Level of French and English (at least C1 level). Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices in paid acquisition. Proficiency in budget management and performance forecasting. Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
