We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Traffic Management Operative to join our dynamic Traffic Management Account. This role will be carried out onsite at our Misterton Depot (LE17 4HP). This position offers a competitive salary, and the standard hours are 40 per week. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading infrastructure services and engineering companies in the UK, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient management of traffic on our projects. What You’ll Do: · Develop and implement traffic management plans to ensure the safety of road users and site personnel. · Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and local authorities to manage traffic flows efficiently. · Conduct site inspections to assess traffic management needs and compliance with regulations. · Supervise and direct on-site traffic management teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards. · Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to traffic management activities. · Respond promptly to any traffic-related incidents or issues, providing effective solutions.
