We are seeking a skilled Traffic Management Planner to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic across planned Transport & Infrastructure projects. Based out of our offices in Maddington, this role will design and implement traffic control plans and strategies that meet regulatory standards and prioritise safety for both road users and workers. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement traffic management plans for construction sites, events, and roadworks.  * Conduct traffic surveys and data analysis to assess patterns, congestion, and safety issues.  * Ensure compliance with local and national traffic regulations and safety standards.  * Determine placement of traffic signs, signals, and road markings.  * Integrate traffic management technology and maintain accurate documentation.  * Collaborate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and government agencies.  * Communicate traffic changes to the public through signage and online resources.  * Drive continuous improvement in traffic management strategies.   About You * Proven experience in traffic management advisory roles. * Advanced Worksite Traffic Management Ticket essential. * Proficiency in designing and producing Traffic Management Plans. * AutoCAD experience preferred. * Construction Induction Certificate (White Card). * Strong understanding of traffic regulations and safety standards.  * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. * Strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero Harm environment.   Downer is a company that believes people are our greatest asset.
