Job details:

  • Set a personal example by following company safety requirements and procedures
  • Handling client enquiries in a timely manner
  • Liaising with Local Authorities and relevant stake-holders to plan works.
  • Complete relevant application forms in a timely manner
  • Ensure that you work to Quality & Company procedures outlined by the business
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers, clients and local authorities
  • Ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to by yourself and your work colleagues
  • Coordinate multiple departments to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work well on your own and as part of a team
  • Must be able to deal with clients and customers in a professional and approachable manner
  • Solid IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications including Microsoft
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous experience within an administrative role is preferred but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
