Responsibilities

As a Traffic Management Scheduler, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth operation of our services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Allocating daily works to operatives, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Managing and processing daily time sheets for operatives.
  • Overseeing and organizing operatives’ overtime schedules.
  • Collaborating with field teams and project managers to ensure work plans align with client requirements.
  • Maintaining clear and accurate records for operational reporting.
  • Maintain an efficient workflow by coordinating tasks between various teams and departments.
  • Drive project timelines by managing schedules, prioritising tasks, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of progress.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners to facilitate collaboration and address any issues that may arise.
  • Manage resources effectively, ensuring that all necessary materials and personnel are available for project completion.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management on progress and potential challenges.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
