This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the fast-paced Traffic Management department and to further develop your leadership skills while supporting our Department Manager, Traffic Management. What you’ll bring to the table You will have strong leadership skills in developing successful teams. A proven track record in encouraging a positive, collaborative, customer focused workplace culture. The successful candidate will preferably have knowledge and experience of the temporary traffic management industry. Desired skills for this position include: Experience in supervising staff Qualifications in the temporary traffic management space. Excellent planning and organizing Clear communication, making sure requests are dealt with promptly and accurately Ability to be on call when required Competent computer/ IT skills Full NZ drivers license Role Accountabilities Liaising with internal and external customers. Driving work programs, including scheduling, productivity, utilization and efficiency.
