SKILLS (ESSENTIAL):

· Safe Pass and Manual Handling

This is a design-focused role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, planning safe work zones, and contributing to public safety through smart, compliant traffic management solutions.
You will:
· Lead, mentor and grow our traffic management design team
· Use CAD and specialist software packages to produce clear, accurate layouts
· Liaise with clients, local authorities, and internal teams to refine and approve plans
· Support continuous improvement in traffic safety and compliance
· Carry out on site visits and meetings to assess conditions and validate designs
