JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Traffic Marshall to oversee and manage the flow of vehicles and pedestrians in designated areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to drive effectively, and a keen sense of responsibility to maintain safety standards. This role is crucial in ensuring that traffic is directed efficiently while prioritising the safety of all individuals on site.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Valid driving licence with a clean driving record is preferred.
  • Experience in managing traffic or similar roles is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail to maintain safety standards.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions when necessary.
  • A commitment to upholding health and safety regulations at all times.

  • Collaborate with other team members to implement effective traffic management strategies.
  • Report any incidents or unsafe conditions to the appropriate authorities promptly.
