ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

• First Aid at Work certification

• Directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic to keep people and machinery moving safely
• Safely escorting vehicles to designated areas on site
• Signing off muck-away lorries, plant deliveries, and more
• Always wearing correct PPE including high-vis, helmet, boots, gloves, etc.
• Setting up and maintaining traffic management equipment like cones, signs, barricades, and temporary traffic lights
• Speaking confidently with the public – including motorists, pedestrians, and local residents – giving directions or assistance while remaining professional and polite
• Communicating clearly with the site team to ensure coordination and safety
• Responding quickly and calmly to accidents, emergencies, or incidents – including providing first aid if qualified
• Keeping daily records and logs of all traffic control activities
