Description

Who We Are
We’re working to shine a light on all things property. Our business is built around connecting the steps throughout the property journey to create a better experience for people. We call it the property marketplace, and it’s driven by our data.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Traffic & Operations Manager to join our creative team in Sydney. This newly created role is all about optimizing workflows, improving resource planning, and ensuring our creative team operates at its full potential. If you’re someone who thrives on solving operational challenges, streamlining processes, and bringing structure to fast-moving teams, this could be the perfect role for you.
Our creative team services multiple areas of the business—B2B, B2C, and group services—so stakeholder management and operational oversight are key. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the right people are working on the right projects, improving efficiency, and implementing automation where possible.
You might currently be in a Traffic Manager, Studio Manager, Creative Operations Manager, or Project Manager role and looking for the next step in your career where you can truly make an impact on how a team operates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resourcing & Workflow Management – Ensure creative work is effectively allocated based on capacity and skillset, removing bottlenecks and improving efficiency.
  • Operational Improvements – Optimize how the creative team functions, eliminating inefficiencies and streamlining processes.
  • Automation & Templating – Implement AI-driven tools and templates to reduce manual tasks and free up the team for more creative, high-value work.
  • Stakeholder Management – Work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage expectations and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Reporting & Analytics – Track team performance, capacity, and workflow effectiveness, using data to drive continuous improvement.

You’ll Succeed in This Role If You Have:

  • A background in creative operations, studio/project management, or resource trafficking, ideally in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
  • Experience managing high-volume design or creative work across multiple projects.
  • A deep understanding of digital and print processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and fixing operational inefficiencies.
  • Confidence in managing stakeholders and advocating for process improvements.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with AI-driven tools, automation, and creative workflow improvements.
  • Familiarity with project management systems like Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.
  • A track record of driving process improvement and introducing efficiencies in a creative environment.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Loves bringing structure to fast-moving teams and thrives in a role that balances operations and creativity.
  • Can juggle multiple priorities while ensuring high performance and output from the creative team.
  • Enjoys working cross-functionally and can confidently engage with various stakeholders.
  • Is adaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused—someone who sees operational challenges as opportunities.

This Role Is Not for You If You:

  • Prefer a rigid, highly structured environment with little room for change.
  • Aren’t comfortable managing competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
  • Struggle with advocating for new processes or challenging inefficiencies.
  • Dislike working in a creative or fast-paced environment with shifting demands.
