Reporting to the Traffic Manager - Sponsorship and Premium Schedules, this diverse role as a Traffic will span across Material, Premium and Sponsorship properties to ensure Nine’s schedule adhere to business requirements Day to day you will: Serve as the material escalation point for complex, critical or unresolved issues from the material team, driving timely and effective resolution. Assist in accurately producing daily commercial transmission schedules across our channels as allocated within the weekly workflow and as per our schedule production deadlines Supporting in previous days debrief during major and live events. Accurately apply material/billboard instructions to our daily commercial transmission schedules as per our schedule production deadlines as required. Ensure schedules adheres to the requirements of the Television Code of Practice, further directions from ClearAds, and applicable industry codes, legislation and regulations. Be responsive to ensure priority is provided as required for late changes. Assist in Trafficking BVOD Cross Platform Campaigns. Service the Network Sales Team’s commercial requirements. Qualifications What you’ll bring: The ability to prioritise personal and team workloads to ensure deadlines are met. The ability to work independently, and as an active and involved team member. Advanced competence in the use of both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. Strong, proven written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Diploma or Degree related to Media (desirable). Experience and proven success in a similar role (desirable).
