We're currently seeking an experienced Semi-Trailer Technician / Mechanic to join our Byron Center service team. Supportive leadership team that respects technicians Compensation $20.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and skill level) Monthly proficiency bonus 3% pay increase per State Certification obtained. Tool reimbursement or tool allowance Boot allowance What You'll Do Diagnose and repair trailer mechanical, electrical, suspension, brake, and structural issues. Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs. Conduct welding, fabrication, and trailer body repairs. Repair or replace damaged trailer components Perform DOT inspections and safety checks.
