JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Trailer Technician, HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, LGV Fitter, or Fleet Technician to join a professional commercial vehicle workshop in Bristol. You will work on a variety of heavy goods vehicles and trailers, performing servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer and DVSA standards. This permanent, full-time role offers excellent pay, flexible early/late shifts, and access to manufacturer training and career development.

DESIRABLE:

• Class 1 HGV licence
• Previous main dealer or fleet maintenance experience
• Experience with a variety of commercial vehicle brands and trailers

• Interpret job cards/repair orders and comply with repair instructions
• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs and trailers to manufacturer standards
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
• Complete accurate service reports, job sheets, and documentation
• Maintain allocated work areas in a clean and safe condition
• Assist colleagues with technical challenges and support overall workshop productivity
