KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Co-teach ballet classes focusing on RAD syllabus and creative ballet training
  • Support student development by providing individualized feedback and encouragement
  • Learn comprehensive teaching skills including lesson planning, classroom management, and parent communication
  • Substitute across programs to gain experience with different ages and dance styles
  • Participate in studio events including recitals, competitions, and special programs
  • Attend monthly team meetings and professional development sessions
