Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

2,100 colleagues from 46 countries, including 800 engineers, shape in Hennigsdorf (close to Berlin) the future of rail mobility. The locally developed, manufactured, and maintained product range includes high-speed, regional, and local trains, subways, as well as trams and light rail vehicles. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. You’ll report to Train Validation Engineer and the Test Means Manager and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

  • Master degree (in Automation technology, Mechatronics, or related engineering professions).
  • In-depth knowledge of validation means (Test benches, simulators, etc.).
  • In-depth experience in software integration and validation phases (a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the Railway, Health, Defense, Aeronautical, or Automotive domains).
  • Understanding of electrical schematics.
  • Software coding skills.
  • Model coding skills in C family, ControlBuild, Python, LabView.
  • Good ability to coordinate engineers
  • High skills in project coordination
  • Autonomous and rigorous approach.
  • Fluent in English and local language such as German desirabl
