JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all students, including those with disabilities. The Teacher will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans, facilitating classroom activities, and supporting the academic and social growth of each child. This role requires excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and a nurturing approach to education.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Early Childhood Education Level 1, 2 or 3 AND B.Ed. or equivalent.
  • Diploma in Montessori with Pedagogy experience (CGMS, MACTE, AMI, MCI, TMI) is preferred.
  • Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Knowledge of classroom management techniques and best practices in education.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
  • Must meet province requirements for childcare employment.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
  • Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
