Salary: £26,000-£27,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £60,000 in Year 1!)

The Role:
We work in executive search recruitment which is a specialised form of recruitment. You will focus on placing senior level executives into C-Suite, VP and management level positions within the construction market.

As a Trainee 360 Recruitment Consultant, You’ll be:

• Sourcing top candidates using cutting-edge recruitment tools
• Building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs
• Managing the hiring process from interview to offer stage
• Negotiating salaries and contracts like a pro
• Smashing sales targets and earning BIG commission
