Radius Vehicle Solutions Ireland help businesses source, fund, maintain and administer their vehicle fleet. The company currently have 3800 vehicles on their fleet with over 70 employees operating within 3 officers in Ireland with the head office based in Dunmurry, Belfast. We are looking for a Trainee Account Manager to join our growing team, if you are career focused and looking for future progression then this is the role for you! Job Description The successful candidate will be based in the Dunmurry office and will be responsible for providing high quality sales and administration support: Collating pricing information and completing vehicle leasing quotations, sending details to Customers and assisting with any subsequent enquiries. Recording new sales information and updating CRM System on customer opportunities and interaction Completing new vehicle orders forms and tracking delivery updates for customers. Arranging customer sign ups ahead of delivery and arranging delivery logistics for new vehicles. Assisting with managing Social media channels and ensuring regular output on various topics and functions Taking ownership and accountability for administration including ensuring the maintenance of correct client records on internal system and assisting with Roll out of System to Key customer accounts. Helping to arrange customer events including event set up and invitation managing. Qualifications Experience in a customer facing role Minimum of 5 GCSE’s to include Math’s and English at grade C or above (or equivalent); Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft packages; Good organisational skills and ability to work on a variety of tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail; Clean Driving licence as role may entail driving duties as and when required.
