ROLE OBJECTIVE
Andron FM is one of the UK’s largest independent Facilities Management companies, providing bespoke soft service solutions to a wide array of prestigious clients nationwide. As a dynamic, family-owned organisation we are looking for a candidate as excited as we are to help forge Andron’s future.
Due to our continued growth, we have an opportunity for the development of a Cleaning Account Operations Manager to take accountability for delivering on site services and operational management, including soft services and cleaning across a number of properties for a number of our premier clients based nationally in the UK .
Reporting in to one of our current Account Operation Managers, you will learn and develop your knowledge of overall our account management while also learning across multiple accounts and managing one of your own.
Your role will be to manage the operation of all services delivered to many of our high-profile client’s properties. You will work closely with the on site and regional contract management teams to ensure the efficient operation and ongoing service development of these properties.
This will involve liaising closely with all customers to ensure that our services are meeting their expectations and that we are constantly looking for ways to improve our service provision.
