The Trainee Assistant Manager/Trainee Assistant Accountant will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our practice. The ideal candidate will possess intermediate-level accounting experience, a strong attention to detail, and the willingness to undergo comprehensive training.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Help with administrative duties as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluency in multiple languages is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day practice operations.
  • Efficiently raise and reconcile bills and invoices.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Process credit card and petty cash reconciliations.
  • Handle expense processing with accuracy.
  • Maintain and update computer databases.
  • Perform thorough bank reconciliations.
  • Work closely with the managing director to develop CMS to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the IT function.
  • Engage with the company’s HR function, including recruitment, induction, training, and staff review while ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Safeguard the integrity and security of all data to the highest standards.
  • Work in tandem with the managing director to enhance IT efficiency through CMS development.
  • Manage office facilities to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and security.
  • Maintain an organised system for offsite storage and client files.
  • Assist with marketing activities such as developing promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and supporting marketing campaigns.
