We have an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Trainee Accountant to join our high performing Finance department. This Part-Time (32hr/wk) opportunity will work across multiple business units providing accounting support within the Finance department. Key tasks and shared responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of bank reconciliations
• Accounts Receivable for Western Suburbs (Ncle) Leagues Club
• Daily internal control procedures around cash, petty cash and vouchers
• Controls around EFT payment authorisations
• Reconcile payments across our hotels
• Assistance with Accounts Payable for multiple entities
• Process general ledger journal entries
• Provide leave coverage across the Finance team
• Provide support as required to the Finance manager
