Aftersales Administrator (Trainee)
A fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Aftersales administrator to join a multi-depot team. Due to ongoing growth of the business, we are currently looking to expand our administration team. The role will be based at our Launceston office with occasional travel to other sites.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process completed jobs through a portal system
  • Type-up description of work carried out by our technicians
  • Prepare warranty claims, ensuring all relevant details are complete
  • Liaise with Service Managers and Engineers to obtain any missing information
  • Process warranty claims and allocated credit notes
  • Register new machines for warranty and process paperwork
  • Scan and file documents

Key Requirements

  • A great team player
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Process driven, ability to learn and follow processes
  • Good communication/negotiation skills
  • Work well in a team but able to work on your own initiative
  • Work to strict deadlines
  • Good computer skills, although training will be given on our in-house systems
